Privacy: the short version
This website collects almost nothing. There are no contact forms, no cookies, no analytics trackers, and no advertising pixels. The only way to reach us from this site is by phone, and when you call or text 720-345-2580 we receive your number and whatever you share, which we use only to respond to your inquiry and scope your project. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and requested pages) for security and debugging. We do not sell or rent personal information. To ask what information we hold about you or to have it deleted, call 720-345-2580.
Estimates and scope
Descriptions of services on this site are general information. Every project quote and scope of work is confirmed individually based on the site, access, surfaces, scheduling, and conditions, and no pricing or availability is guaranteed until confirmed directly with us. Service availability depends on project scope and scheduling.
Using this site
Site content, images, and the Innovative Building Services name belong to us and may not be republished without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, scrape it at scale, or interfere with its operation.
No warranties; limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, and our total liability for any claim relating to the website will not exceed $100. Terms for cleaning services themselves are set in each project's agreement.
